There is no minimum order in the Agerul online store. You can purchase products in packs, whether you are a private individual or buying for your business.

Shipping and Deliveries

We currently ship to mainland Spain, Portugal, and France for small air fresheners.

Orders include shipping costs.

In mainland Spain, the approximate delivery time is 24 to 72 hours from order confirmation.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any issue, you can claim by contacting our customer service team. We will review your case and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Payments, Exchanges, and Returns

You can pay for your order via credit card, Bizum, or bank transfer.

You can email [email protected] or use the Customer Service form. Include your name and details identifying the order. If a product arrives defective, damaged or incomplete, describe the issue and, where possible, attach photographs to help us handle it.

If you purchase as a consumer and wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to notify us, without giving a reason or providing photographs. You then have a further 14 calendar days from the notification to return them, unless Agerul offers to collect them.
