All sales and commercial operations carried out between AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. and the user through the website shall be subject to these conditions, which shall be considered known and accepted without reservation by the user upon accessing the site. The conditions may undergo modifications; AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, without this affecting goods or promotions acquired prior to the modification. We recommend that you consult them each time you access the website.

Customer account registration

Prior to formalising the purchase of any products and services from AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L., the customer must freely and voluntarily provide their first name, surname, and email address.

The customer may only contract and place orders if they are of legal age. Full responsibility for determining the specific content and services accessed by minors lies solely and exclusively with the adults in whose care they are.

In the event that the data provided by the customer is fraudulent and/or false, AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. reserves the right to take any legal action that may correspond against the offender.

The customer also declares that all information supplied by them for access to this website and in the course of its use is true, complete, and accurate, and undertakes to keep it updated.
AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. will offer the user a registration system via a password to facilitate future purchase operations for the customer.

The customer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of their password. The user undertakes to make diligent use of it and not to make it available to third parties, as well as to notify AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. of its loss or theft, or of possible access by an unauthorised third party, so that the latter can proceed to immediately block the user. AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. is expressly exempt from any liability arising from the incorrect use and/or negligence by the user in fulfilling their obligation to maintain the confidentiality of their password.

Acquisition of products and services through the website

Orders will be dispatched immediately upon formalisation of payment.

Shipping is free with the purchase of any product from the shop.

We recommend checking the contents and condition of the goods on receipt and informing Customer Service of any damage, defect or error as soon as possible, with the order details and, where possible, photographs to help us handle the issue. Signing the delivery note or not reporting an issue within 24 hours does not waive statutory withdrawal, guarantee or conformity rights.

Home delivery will take between 24 and 72 hours in Spain from the confirmation of the order.

AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. is not responsible for delays in delivery due to causes beyond the normal operation of the logistics service, such as strikes, accidents, etc., or the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery to the address.

There will be no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, which are counted as non-working days.

In particular, AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. is not responsible in any way for crashes, interruptions, lack of or defects in telecommunications that may occur during operations of a financial nature, nor for any damages that may be generated in such cases.

General information

These General Conditions, as well as any relationship between the customer and AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L., shall be governed by Spanish law, and the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville.

Returns policy and right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason, under Articles 102 to 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The period runs from receipt of the goods by you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier; if one order is delivered separately, it runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise this right, send AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. a clear statement of your decision using the contact details on this website or the Customer Service form. Include your name and details identifying the order. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient; no reason or photographs are required to withdraw.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us, unless AGERUL offers to collect them. You are only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as provided by law. Original packaging is recommended to protect the product but is not a general condition for withdrawal.

Legal exceptions

Withdrawal is excluded in the applicable cases under Article 103. These include clearly personalised goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. This exception does not automatically cover every opened product. Rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrect products remain unaffected.

Refunds and return costs

AGERUL will refund payments received, including applicable standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of being notified of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless another method is expressly agreed at no cost to the consumer. Supplements for a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer are not refunded. Unless AGERUL offers to collect the goods, it may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.

For withdrawal, the consumer only bears direct return costs unless AGERUL agrees to pay them or did not inform the consumer beforehand of that obligation. Returns of defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are at no cost to the consumer. Statutory guarantee and conformity rights are not restricted.
