We love natural products that are gentle on people and the environment, and cleaning vinegar is undoubtedly one of the most versatile available. Vinegar is a multi-surface cleaner of natural origin that removes limescale, polishes, loosens deposits and degreases, among many other uses!
To help you get the most out of this product and discover every cleaning trick, Agerul presents the top 7 uses of Cleaning Vinegar.
- Clean your glass and windows: Dilute Agerul Cleaning Vinegar with equal parts water and spray onto the glass you want to clean. Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the surface, then a chamois cloth to polish it for a brighter finish.
- Clean the inside of the kitchen extractor hood: This trick takes your kitchen cleaning to a new level by helping clean the ducts inside your extractor hood. Simply bring a pan of water with a splash of cleaning vinegar to the boil and switch the hood to maximum power. Leave it boiling for an hour and the result will amaze you: the steam will remove grease from every corner!
- Polish glassware and cutlery: To breathe new life into glasses and cutlery that have dulled over time, simply soak them in cleaning vinegar diluted with water and leave them to stand. After a few minutes, use a dry cloth or chamois to bring out their shine.
- Remove limescale from your kettle or coffee maker: Removing limescale from your kettle or coffee maker is remarkably easy: simply run it with a mixture of water and Agerul Cleaning Vinegar. That is all! We recommend a second cycle with water only, to prevent any remaining taste from affecting your coffee or tea.
- Disinfect sponges and scourers: If you are looking for a natural solution for disinfecting sponges, simply soak them in undiluted cleaning vinegar for a few minutes. Afterwards, rinse your scourers and sponges with plenty of water. We recommend suitable cleaning gloves, because vinegar is acidic and, in high concentrations, can irritate the skin.
- Remove bathroom limescale: Use a spray bottle to apply Agerul Cleaning Vinegar to the bathroom surfaces where you want to remove limescale, whether tiles, basins or taps. Wipe with a dry cloth for a shiny finish.
- Deep-clean the dishwasher: If your dishwasher is not cleaning as well as usual and produces unpleasant smells, add a cup of vinegar to the bottom of the machine and run it normally. You will notice better results with every wash!
