Customer account registration

The customer, prior to the formalisation of the purchase of any of the products and services by AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUIMICAS S.L., must provide freely and voluntarily their name, surname and e-mail.

The customer will only be able to contract and make orders if they are of legal age. The full responsibility in determining the specific content and services accessed by minors corresponds solely and exclusively to the adults in charge of them.

In the event that the information provided by the customer is fraudulent and/or false, AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUIMICAS S.L. reserves the right to take legal action against the offender.

The customer also declares that all the information supplied by them for access to this Website and in the course of using it is true, complete and accurate, and undertakes to keep it up to date.
AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. will offer the user a registration system through a password to facilitate their future purchase operations.

Acquisition of products and services through the Website

The shipment of orders will be made immediately upon formalisation of payment.

The shipping cost is calculated based on variables of what is ordered such as weight, volume, the stretch of route, etc., and following a negotiated reference rates with the logistics operator of transport, which best suits the transit and product.

The freight price is automatically calculated each time products are added.

The customer is responsible for verifying the content and condition of the goods at the time of delivery. Once accepted, the customer signs the copy of the delivery note presented by the carrier as conformity of what has been received and waiving subsequent claims on the suitability and identity of the goods ordered and received. In the event that the customer detects errors in the goods received or they are damaged at the time of delivery, they must record these circumstances in the carrier’s delivery note and bring these facts to the attention of AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUIMICAS S.L. within 24 hours, through the customer service channels published on the website.

Home delivery will be from 24 to 72 hours in Spain from the confirmation of the order.

AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. is not responsible for delays in delivery due to causes beyond the normal operation of the logistics service, such as strikes, accidents, etc., or the absence of the sender at the time of the home delivery.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery service and they are counted as non-business days.

General Information

These General Conditions, as well as any relationship between the customer and AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUIMICAS S.L. shall be governed by Spanish law, and the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville.

Returns Policy

In accordance with the articles 68 et seq.. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, the Customer is granted the right of return in the seven days following receipt of the order.

Returns of products that meet the following requirements will be accepted:

• Return of a specific closed product (the Customer shall return the product with its packaging and original seal unbroken and in perfect condition).

Procedure to follow to return a product:

The Customer writes an e-mail to info@agerul.es or through the Contact Form, with the order data, their name and surname, reasons for the return and a photo of the product as it arrived in the case of being defective. We will contact the Customer as soon as possible.

If all the requirements are fulfilled, AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUIMICAS S.L. will proceed with refunding the total amount of the order or product or with the shipment of a new one according to the process that finally is decided by mutual agreement, once we receive the order or returned product.

The return shipment must be made according to what is agreed by both parties.

Return shipping costs

The return shipping costs will always be paid by the Customer, except for those cases in which the Customer has received a  product that is defective, in bad condition or wrong.

AGERUL INDUSTRIAL QUÍMICAS S.L. will not be responsible for the expenses caused by those returns that take place without respecting the steps established in this procedure.
